Prasanna is one of the founding members of Vanyil. His drive for this entrepreneurial venture comes from the desire of creating a superior experience for customers and talent during the courting process compared to what he had experienced in the industry. He has over 2 decades of experience working for the big companies and startups. His functional experience spans across the Americas and Asia focusing on product management, sales, global product support, business operations, application development, Training and incubating an RFID business unit. He is alumni of NIIT, Fannie Mae, CA Inc., Managed Objects and IIC. Prasanna has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science and lives in the Northern Virginia area with his wife, two kids and their rescued dog – Dyson!
As HR/Recruitment head, Sunil manages Recruitment Operations and provides strategic leadership for all HR functions at Vanyil including performance management, recruitment, compliance, legal and employee relations. Sunil has over a 20+ year history of building successful Global Recruiting teams that supported large staffing engagements for Fortune 500 clients. Sunil specializes in building strong teams and optimizing IT Staffing to maximize both client satisfaction and business profitability. He has extensive experience developing and implementing initiatives encompassing international operations management, process improvements, change management, project management and P&L management. He possesses a Master’s in Economics and Management Studies and loves to balance his life between work and his wife and two kids.
Osman is a talent hunter par excellence. Although he has an engineering background, he quickly found his passion and calling with hunting talent. His strengths are in recruiting, building teams, people management and finding the right talent when others give up! He has over 10+ years of experience working with global staffing organizations building high powered recruiting teams and supporting large staffing engagements for fortune 500 clients. He is a fitness fanatic and a foodie who loves to spend time with his wife and two kids when he is not hunting for talent or sculpting his muscles!

Our employees are active contributors to a variety of causes within the communities they live in. We are big believers in education. Every year, we proudly donate to and support the Avidity Scholarship, which gives $5,000 to a financially underprivileged, yet academically driven senior within Fairfax County Public schools to pay for college.
